TMsv is designed to perform the following operations:

snow removal;
transportation of rolling stock (flat cars, freight wagons, special purpose cars) to work sites;
shunting at industrial yards and in city undergrounds;
transportation of tools and equipment to work site..

The vehicle is fully self-propelled. The control cabin is mounted on the front end of the vehicle frame. There is one entrance door located at the portside of the cabin. The power pack is placed under the deck in the middle part of the vehicle frame. The snow blower is fixed to the front buffer beam and is detachable. On the right side of the frame there is the conveyor to move snow to coupled wagon so that to transport removed snow outside the cleaned area.
