PPI-1 trailer with catenary wire stringing equipment was developed to perform:
- tensioning of contact and messenger wires,
- contact/ messenger wire unwinding and winding operations,
- delivery of catenary system components to work site.
To make operator's work more comfortable the control stand is placed inside a heated cabin. The operator controls the following parameters: winding direction, speed and tension force.
